Jesus calls us to be child like to know the Father.
Matthew 11:25-26
"At that time Jesus said, 'I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure.'"
This is a beautiful prayer by a young woman who died at the age of 24. The wisdom God imparts to those that free their minds of this world and learn to hear His call.
Pray with me-
Lord give me the open heart of a child,
Let me come trustingly to You not afraid to ask for Your love,
Deliver me from the belief that I am self suficient,
Show my need of You,
Give me the grace to reach out to you,
Give me a child's simplicity and sense of wonder,
May my enthusiasm for you never dim,
Let me hasten to converse with you in the intimacy of prayer,
Give me discernment to realize there is no detail of my life to tiny for Your concern,
Help me to perceive your glory and the helplessness of the cross,
Son of God for my sake took on dependency of childhood,
Help me to accept the readiness of the Fathers grace.
Amen
Saint Theresa of Lisieux
This is my story of how Jesus continues to rescue me from myself. I am learning to put Him first. If you have found this blog, we are some how connected and it is my prayer it points you to Him. Glory be to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen

Living To Out Loud
Ok! I will come down for bit. It is starting to hurt my hands and feet anyway. FaceBook Post
From TA -Nothing like the power of a committed man on a mission! Though I am not on exactly the same page with you, I really am inspired by your passion and commitment to what you believe. The loss ofvision in our world is devastating. When someone like you comes along with a powerful one, matched with a singular personal mission, things get shaken up and we all need more of that. Not the shouting and screaming at each other kind of shaken up that the news media loves to cover, but the soul-ratteling, belief-questioning, growing up kind of shaking up. Keep it up my friend. Blessings.

My Reply -I am so far from His way. I am guilty of personal self fulfillment. These messages are me preaching more to myself than to others. Thank you for picking me up. When I write these messages I fear cultures reactions. I fear losing friends. I don't want to shout but the Gospel compels me to share His message. I love the exchange of opinions it pushes me to think and dive deeper into the Way. Sorry for the last post for those about the hands and feet I don't mean to make light of what Jesus did for all of us.

From TA- Truth is found in the search. The Gospel - whatever gospel or teaching you chose to follow - is understood by living it, especially the struggle part of it. "Blessed are they that morn, for they shall be comforted." You are a good man, Mike. Carry on.

From FF - I dare to say you can't stop. Once you are awakened to the truth going back is a painful option that is normally a long slow slide to the middle. It is a blessing to be different amongst the masses and a blessing!

A Visit From God
Jesus came to show us the Way to the Father and Not the way to the mall or lake or Vegas. He said take up your cross, lay down your life, and follow Him to Calvary. Where you going fellow Christian? Facebook Status Post
From SM - the problem has always been the middle-man. Know what I mean?
September 4 at 10:48am
From Me -Perfectly put my friend from a far away land. We are pushed to the middle where it is safer and easier. No one gets put on the cross for riding the couch. Our culture is about the middle it makes us not a threat. A threating man is one who is passionate and who is on purpose. Take any great man the masses usually hated him.
